As an extension of the square, we arrive into Santa Ana, where we find the Church of San Gil and Santa Ana, Mudejar, built on one of the oldest mosques in the city.

Here begins Carrera del Darro, a cobbled street that follows the riverbed, in a perpendicular street where you can enjoy of an arab baths of the XI century called “El buñuelo”. Next you will find Paseo de los Tristes, where you can enjoy the view of the Alhambra.

Carrera del Darro is located at the foot of the lower Albaicín, famous district of Granada, where you can notice the tracesof the Muslim past. One of the most noteworthy addresses is Mirador de San Cristobal, with the best panoramic view of Granada. Through the narrow streets around Plaza de los Brujones we arriveto Mirador de San Nicolas, where you can see the Alhambra and Generalife and Sierra Nevada as a perfect background picture.
